FSB seat bearings can be used without oil under uniform operating conditions because they are filled with high-quality grease and sealed with high-performance seals。

However, when used in a relatively harsh environment such as high operating temperature and more dust and water, the grease will deteriorate, resulting in poor lubrication。Regular inspection at appropriate intervals is required to extend the service life of the bearing。 

The regular inspection of bearings is to determine whether the bearings with seats are abnormal by checking the appearance and operating status。

The main abnormal contents found in the regular inspection of bearings and their causes are as follows:

5 The load is too large, the bearing raceway surface produces indentation
6 axis deflection or excessive bending

When bearing abnormalities are found through regular inspection, countermeasures should be taken quickly and implemented。Timely replacement of bearings to avoid damage to other parts and major accidents。

Supplement of grease

FSB seat bearings are oil-supplied and can be regularly replenished with the same type of grease according to the environment in which they are used.
To maintain the normal lubrication of the bearing, thereby extending the service life of the bearing。

Note 1) The basic type of bearing is composed of the subsequent inner diameter type of the diameter series。

The replenishment of grease is carried out by the injection nozzle and grease gun mounted on the bearing seat:  

1, clean the oil nozzle and oil cap around, open the oil cap and clean the oil nozzle。
2. Clean grease gun and fill it with clean grease。
[注]: When adding grease to the seat bearing, it is recommended to rotate the shaft by hand (or run the seat bearing at a low speed) at the same time。This allows the new grease to be evenly replenished inside the bearing。
3. Clean the grease remaining in and around the nozzle, and reinstall the oil cap on the nozzle。

Bearing replacement

The bearing and bearing seat of FSB with seat bearing are interchangeable;If the bearing is abnormal, the bearing can be replaced and continued to be used。

The replacement process of bearing with seat is as follows:

1. Remove the bearing with seat from the shaft and base。

2. Screw in the stop wire so that the head is lower than the outer diameter surface of the bearing inner ring。Prevent the head of the stop wire from interfering with the bearing seat when the bearing is disassembled。

3, with the handle of the hammer, etc., rotate the bearing 90° to the level。

4. Remove the bearing from the mounting slot of the bearing seat and install the new bearing according to the opposite process of disassembly。
